I ordered my first 6 radios during the last weather event. This company did everything in their power to get the radios to me. I have deployed these and they are working better than any radio I have tried. 12 more on order and 2 base units. I will continue to purchase from this company, and would recommend anyone else that is looking for a great communication tool to contact Rapid Radios. Great Company.

My father ordered two radios off instagram. I ordered two myself off the website after my father sent me the link. 100% exactly what they advertised. I sent the link to everyone in my inner circle that I would want to be able to contact if cell service went out. Extremely easy to figure out. I wanted one to stay at my house and one I can bring in my truck. It’s worth the $150 just to see what’s going on when the fire truck goes by the house.

My wife and I carry these all the time. We have never had any issues communicating at great distances. They are a Michigan based company with excellent customer support. Check my profile I’m a real person and I own both the Rapid Radios and the Emergency radios. I can’t believe how many people are saying this is fake? Do your homework besides reading the hater’s reviews. Meta would have closed their FB page if they were actually scamming people.

When I first saw the ad for Rapid Radios come up I was skeptical. I then did some more researching and saw this company is USA based and in Michigan. I thought they sounded like something we can use and decided to try of the radios out for my maintenance crews. My office staff and maintenance crew is pleased just after a couple of days using them. No more worry about IF we can reach the maintenance crew via cell phone because of the spotty coverage with Verizon. These radios work on all cell carriers with zero monthly fees and they they are working so well I just ordered 6 more. Very happy with the Company and Purchase. Highly Recommend!

Awesome company! We ordered 4 radios just to be able to communicate with our 7 and 9 year old in lieu of getting them a cell phone.
They are very clear, have a LONG range and have not failed us yet!!

Ok folks, here’s the real deal from a New Yorker who is well versed in radios and communication. I ordered four radios, two for NYC, one for Arizona, and one for Melbourne Australia. They work as promised. When you power them on, wait a few minutes and they will connect to one another, your info will be on the screen and the time, date, and battery life will be displayed. The SIM cards are already inside each radio, so the only thing you have to do is screw on the belt clip or the carry cord and you’re set to go. So far after two days, I’m loving these radios. Clear, uninterrupted communication, battery life is awesome, and the customer service is easy to communicate with. I have to wait till next week to test NYC to Melbourne Australia, but I feel sure it’ll work as it works here in the states. Remember that going into buildings may have a little bit of a signal loss, as these radios are on SIM cards and not going off a repeater like others. They being said, I give this company, their product, and the service a 5/5!

I bought 6 Rapid Radio Walkie Talkies and they are great. they helped me configure the group online with a simple form. they respond almost immediately, even on a Sunday. the radios are awesome; work great and are sturdy. Love that i found this company for my radios. Highly recommend them.
