I ordered my first 6 radios during the last weather event. This company did everything in their power to get the radios to me. I have deployed these and they are working better than any radio I have tried. 12 more on order and 2 base units. My father ordered two radios off instagram. I ordered two myself off the website after my father sent me the link. 100% exactly what they advertised. I sent the link to everyone in my inner circle that I would want to be able to contact if cell service went out. Extremely easy to figure out. I wanted one to stay at my house and one I can bring in my truck. It’s worth the $150 just to see what’s going on when the fire truck goes by the house.

My wife and I carry these all the time. We have never had any issues communicating at great distances. They are a Michigan based company with excellent customer support. Check my profile I’m a real person and I own both the Rapid Radios and the Emergency radios. I can’t believe how many people are saying this is fake? Do your homework besides reading the hater’s reviews. Meta would have closed their FB page if they were actually scamming people.

When I first saw the ad for Rapid Radios come up I was skeptical. I then did some more researching and saw this company is USA based and in Michigan. I thought they sounded like something we can use and decided to try of the radios out for my maintenance crews. My office staff and maintenance crew is pleased just after a couple of days using them. No more worry about IF we can reach the maintenance crew via cell phone because of the spotty coverage with Verizon. These radios work on all cell carriers with zero monthly fees and they they are working so well I just ordered 6 more. Very happy with the Company and Purchase. Highly Recommend!

Ok folks, here’s the real deal from a New Yorker who is well versed in radios and communication. I ordered four radios, two for NYC, one for Arizona, and one for Melbourne Australia. They work as promised. When you power them on, wait a few minutes and they will connect to one another, your info will be on the screen and the time, date, and battery life will be displayed. The SIM cards are already inside each radio, so the only thing you have to do is screw on the belt clip or the carry cord and you’re set to go. So far after two days, I’m loving these radios. Clear, uninterrupted communication, battery life is awesome, and the customer service is easy to communicate with. I have to wait till next week to test NYC to Melbourne Australia, but I feel sure it’ll work as it works here in the states. Remember that going into buildings may have a little bit of a signal loss, as these radios are on SIM cards and not going off a repeater like others. They being said, I give this company, their product, and the service a 5/5!

I purchased these for my husband and I as a Valentine’s gift. BEST GIFT EVER!!! I got them one day before and we used them all day yesterday while he and I were at work. Yes, I would definitely recommend. I bought some of these radios for my family and after living with them for over a week, they seem to work great wherever we are. They have never missed a beat. As far as customer service, it’s great. You need to recognize the fact that this is a small company with a skeleton crew selling a great and cost-effective product that is, apparently, selling like hotcakes. It looks to me like their business is growing beyond their ability to handle some requests in the fastest time humanly possible. But here is the take-home point. Their product is so good and so inexpensive that they are selling like hotcakes and people are happy with the product. That’s all you need to know. Don’t bother calling them because they likely won’t answer. You know why? They’re too busy selling and programming massive amounts of radios. You know why they’re selling massive amounts of radios? Because, again, their product is awesome. I did a little bit of research on my own about the origin of this company. And, unless I am wrong, the owner seems to be a nice guy with a family who’s got Radio skills and Internet skills. He’s an Internet guy who likes and appreciates radio equipment And wants to have a nice business providing people with great products. This is my interpretation of him from what I can find. (you can correct me if I’m wrong).
This company is not Walmart, it is not Amazon, it is not McDonald’s, when you ask them a question, you may have to be a little bit patient and wait maybe 24 hours or so. But then you get an answer. Keep your cool. They’ll take care of you. I am confident.
The benefit of supporting a small business like this is that, if they play their cards right, they will come up with even more products that may be even more interesting than what they have currently and even better than what they have currently, they will likely sell these products for very competitive prices and be able to provide their customers with even better stuff at prices that nobody else is beating.
I have seen some people on Facebook bashing this company. You can believe whatever you want to believe but I don’t buy into the bashing. There are quite a few other companies out there that provide equipment and service very similar to this and at much higher prices. If you don’t think that those companies are going to try to beat up Rapid Radios and take some of their business away, I think you’ve got another thing coming. So I am only speculating but that may be the source of the negativity. I have seen too many positive posts and had good personal experience to think otherwise.
So in my opinion, let’s help this company grow so that they can provide even better products and better services moving into the future and that will be better for all of us.

During the recent AT&T outage, I broke out the Rapid Radios that I purchased a few weeks prior. After I turned the radios on and waited for them to connect to any available cell network, I was able to talk to my family flawlessly from anywhere. Rapid Radios is a legit business and I HIGHLY RECOMMEND their radios and their service! WELL DONE Rapid Radios! I am recommending them to everyone.

What do I recommend about Rapid Radios? Everything! ATT went down the day after we received our radios and the Rapid Radios picked up where ATT left off. This was so important to us so that we could communicate with our employees in other cities that they traveled to for their jobs. Clarity in communication is phenomenal, ease of operation, very simple and basic, nothing complicated at all for anyone. Cost, I would have paid a lot more than they charged knowing these radios truly do exactly what they say and advertised they do. Shipping, just as described and to a tee. If I could give them more than 5 stars I would because they went above and beyond, quite frankly, I don’t know how they do it. Kudos
